How we verify codes
Every code on HotelCodes carries a 'last verified' date. Here's exactly what that means and how we check.
The verification process
- We collect codes from official newsletters, brand promo pages, partner networks and reputable deal communities.
- A human opens the offer, applies the code on the real booking flow, and confirms the discount actually appears.
- We record the result — worked, expired, or invalid — and stamp the date.
- Codes that fail are moved out of the active list and clearly marked, never silently left to waste your time.
What 'last verified' means
'Verified 3 days ago' means a person confirmed the code applied a discount on that date. Hotel promotions can change without notice, so a recent date is a strong signal — but conditions like region, dates and minimum stay still apply.
Help us keep it accurate
If a code didn't work for you, tell us and we'll re-check it fast. Reader reports are one of our best signals.
